We are Istanbul-based steering and suspension manufacturer; our products are of Turkish origin.
All the processes ranging from forging, machining to assembly are in accordance with our years of quality know-how and automotive aftermarket production experience.
Quality of our products has been tested for over 30 years on the roads worldwide. Our own testing laboratory is equipped with machines and apparatus for all important tests of steering/suspension parts and separate components; dynamic testing is extremely important and life-cycle test is performed with regular loads as well as with extra-heavy loads.
Manufacturing expertise and creative solutions guarantee flexibility in meeting customers’ requirements (including marking, packing and customized design). Formpart is trusted brand in steering and suspension, renowned for consistent quality and continuous extension of product range.
Formpart is TUV ISO 9001 certified since 1996 for automotive spare part manufacturing.
Controls at all stages of production processes are made in conjunction with the following tests: Hardness test, surface roughness, torque values, dimensional control, Life test, wear test, tensile strength
In addition, independent lab tests are also performed for: Ball pin-ball impact, climbing test, compression test, chemical composition.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years.

Large warehouse in Istanbul gives us a possibility to ship the goods quickly to our dealers. The stock is well-prepared in advance to satisfy the coming orders and managed through a modern ERP system based on barcode scanners and ABC analysis allowing speedy 3-weeks Formpart brand deliveries after order confirmation with shipment accuracy of %99,99.
We have been supplying our products to major buying groups in Europe (companies belonging to GAU, ATR, AD, Nexus, Temot) for a long time. Since we keep a safe stock of over 10.000 sku we do not require any minimum order quantity per part number and can arrange deliveries quickly with your own label.
We also supply private brands worldwide, and we can quickly start producing your brand with your label in any language.
